  Moving home was a completely different story. The man we dealt with moving back was rude, pushy and just out right horrible. He was situated in Melbourne and we were two hours north of Melbourne. He didn't want to come and visit us to make a quote so he asked me if our items had changed much. I told me they had a little but not much overall. But when the guys from Melbourne came up to pack it, what the people in Adelaide would pack in one box, the boys from Melbourne would pack in 3. And, not everything was packed - a shelf in one of the bedrooms still had items on them I had to take back to Adelaide in my car. So it turned out to be MUCH more expensive. The following day, the rude man I spoke to rang me saying that it will cost an extra $500 due to the amount of extra packing the guys did. Very unprofessional.

  We moved with Chess twice. Once from Adelaide to country Victoria and then back from country Victoria to Adelaide.

  Moving from Adelaide to Victoria was great. Hassle free. Would recommend.. HOWEVER!!

  Due to the last experience, I'm not going with them ever again because I don't want to risk getting a rude guy who sits at his desk all day and bad packers.
